Online Members Portal
This portal application was built for external members of an Analytics company focused on assisting and
connecting Health professionals to research in the field. The solution was build using minimal hosting
requirements to decrease running costs but provided higher flexibility of building and managing features
required for maintaining member operations. Some of the key features of the Online portal were:
1. Allow users to register and select resources to tag
2. Support for member features such as views, track searches, forms etc.
3. Allows user to maintain a personal dashboard and task entry list
Automated Finance expense approval and tracking
This is a web and mobile application that allows users to submit cost approval requests for Finance
Approval using a custom approval process build into the system. The approved requests are collated at
the end of each quarter to create a final Finance Budget sign off request which then approves the
payout for each of the request. This decreases email overload and tracks request for Finance team
members without Finance team needing to capture/approve each request.
AI driven and Smart Order tracking system
This is an AI Bot application that allows user to request and track inventory requests made to IT team of
the company. The bot was able to review the existing inventory using common human queries and the
user was able to select using a set of sequential questions based on available options. The benefit of this
approach was that it decreased from the support team to not track requests for each user and provide
status over emails.
